Our Commitment to Privacy
TCI respects the privacy of users on the Internet and has developed
this privacy policy to protect user privacy on its Web site. TCI
is also committed to the security, confidentiality and integrity
of any personal data collected. The purpose of this policy is
to explain the types of information TCI obtains about users of
the TCI Web site, how the information is obtained, how it is used,
how it may be disclosed to others, and how users can restrict
its use or disclosure. Should TCI modify its practices regarding
the collection or use of information obtained from users in the
future, this privacy policy will be amended to reflect such modifications.
Any such modification will be effective immediately upon posting
on this Site. TCI is not responsible for the content or privacy
policies of other Web sites reached through a link from our Web
site. Other Web sites may have different privacy policies or no
policy. Users should review the privacy policies of any Web site
before providing personal information.
The Information We Collect and the Way We use It
Users visiting our sites may provide TCI with "personally
identifying information," including name, address, telephone
number and email address. The only personally identifying information
TCI obtains about individual users through our Web site is information
supplied voluntarily by the user. Either voluntarily or by interacting
with our site, users may provide "navigational information,"
including, for example, the domain name address from which you
accessed our site, the date and time any Web page on this site
was accessed and the URL from which any page on our Web site was
linked. Additionally, like many Web sites TCI may use a standard
Web technology called "cookies" which could help us
improve your experience. Cookies are small pieces of information
stored on your hard drive, not on our site. Many browsers allow
you to configure your preferences to notify you when cookies are
being placed on your hard drive and to reject all cookies if you
choose to do so.
TCI will not, without your consent, disclose, sell, rent, or
otherwise provide to any third party any information provided
to us, except that TCI (1) may disclose business contact information
about you in response to a subpoena, search warrant, or court
order, or other legal process; and (2) may disclose business contact
information about you as TCI, in our sole discretion, believes
is appropriate in connection with an official government investigation,
or under exigent circumstances in response to a perceived significant
threat to a person's health or property.
TCI may use aggregate log information it collects from visitors
to better understand how visitors use our site and to improve
our site and our services. TCI does not disclose, sell, rent,
or otherwise provide aggregate log information to any third party.
Your Consent
Any user has the right to access, update, correct, or delete personally
identifying information. You may do that by contacting us at TCI@transpconsult.com.
You may notify us that you do not wish to receive commercial email
from us, or wish to exercise any right to opt out specified in
our policies, by contacting us at that email address. However,
personally identifying information may still be stored on other
databases (including those kept for archival purposes and those
of third parties who acquired or to whom we disclosed information
pursuant to this Policy).
